Shin Angyo Onishi
This week I read the manga/manhwa Shin Angyo Onishi. It's a manga written by a Korean author, with art by a Korean artist, but it was published in Japan. It wasn't the best manga I've ever read, but it was a pretty good read. If I had to give a one line description, I'd describe it as "Cowboy Bebop in a fantasy feudal Korea." Probably the best part of the manga for me was that the story took many of its elements from Korean history and mythology, which the author explained in detail. Kind of like Nobuhiro Watsuki's commentary during Rurouni Kenshin. If that sounds like your type of thing, you should definitely give this manga a try.
